Great service, always a relaxed saying ready. Grades beer and subbr ice cream always happy!

The ambience is very nice, the service is great and you are warmly welcomed. Prices are perfectly fine and the ice cream tastes great. The owner is always up for fun and is very personable. The connected hotel is very tidy and the rooms are clean. The breakfast menu is also completely satisfactory. Have nothing to complain about here and therefore very well deserved five out of five stars

I found the sundae to be outrageous. A strawberry in very thin slices. Cream was filled under the ice to put less ice in. Cream smacked on the ice carelessly. Actually 1 star, just because the ice cream tasted I give 2 stars. I'm actually used to more lavish sundaes here.

I did not like the ice cream very well. The taste goes so, texture very soft, serving size rather small. There are too many ice cream parlors in the immediate area as an alternative. According to the website, the ice cream cafe somehow belongs to the hotel. Therefore give even a star deduction, since the reaction of the hotel on the first review was very bitchy.

Very nice and friendly local and service. Ice cream is very good 😊 and normal prices too. To recommend. My daughter really liked the ice chocolate. Cappuccino is great.

You don't have to go back, wait staff listless, ice cream, well, served without love .... Full ashtray not emptied, best ice cream parlor Günzburg Panciera unfortunately no longer there ....

Delicious ice cream, delicious cocktail (could be a bit more or bigger, too expensive for the amount) but otherwise everything was great. Amaretto Royal sundae is highly recommended. 1 star deduction only for the small amount of the cocktail! We'll be back again!

Terrible ! The ice cream does not taste good, is not properly chilled, very small selection and many standard types are not available. There was no cream on my visit and the staff sometimes didn't even know what ice cream was available. In addition, the ice cream is extremely expensive (spaghetti ice cream € 5.50, a scoop of ice cream € 1.10). The icing on the cake, however, is that thanks to the ice cream I am now in bed with food poisoning. Not recommendable ....
